Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Voyage Counseling is a small mental health practice seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator. The role manages social media across multiple platforms, creates and edits content, highlights clinicians, and builds outreach relationships with community organizations.

What you'll do:

• Planning a monthly content calendar, creating posts, and filming and editing short videos
• Producing clinician spotlights, and following up with busy people to get the clips you need
• Building relationships with school counselors, physicians, nonprofits, and local organizations so more people know we're here
• Keep a calendar, hit recurring deadlines, and produce consistently without being reminded
• HIPAA training and strict confidentiality requirements around clients

What they're looking for:

• A portfolio of social content you've made — personal projects and volunteer work absolutely count
• Comfort filming and editing short-form video on your phone
• A feel for what works differently on each platform
• Professional, clear writing for public-facing posts
• Reliability and follow-through
• Experience with Canva, scheduling tools, or analytics is a plus
