Marketing Specialist

Northwell Health is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support FlexStaff’s marketing strategy and implementation. The role coordinates marketing communications, develops content for brand channels, manages vendors and budgets, supports regulatory communications, and researches technology solutions for marketing projects.

What you'll do:

• Coordinates the execution of various marketing communications vehicles including print ads, digital advertising, and collateral material
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders on various marketing content and communication initiatives, including content creation of graphics and copy for social media posts for the FlexStaff brand
• Assists with coordinating activities of vendors as they relate to the creation and fulfillment of the marketing initiatives
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for covered products; delivers various communications, including emails, reports, and presentations
• Coordinates the distribution of departmental communications in partnership with the leadership team; researches and evaluates new technology solutions for assigned projects
• Budgets management, including the tracking of departmental expenses
• Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required
• Experience with WordPress and Canva, preferred
• Proficiency in muti-platform paid social advertising, specifically Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, preferred
