Marketing Specialist

Sino Biological is a biotechnology reagent supplier and contract research organization specializing in antibodies, antigens, and proteins. The Marketing Specialist will coordinate event logistics, create marketing content, manage relationships with scientific associations and key opinion leaders, and support product launches, campaigns, and marketing operations.

What you'll do:

• Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate logistics for regional and national events, including BioConnects, Lunch & Learns, and industry trade shows. Support on-site execution, including booth setup, registration tracking, and material management
• Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling content for social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility
• KOL & Association Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and relevant scientific associations to build brand credibility
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, sales, and operations teams to support product launches, campaigns, and outreach strategies
• Marketing Operations: Assist with administrative marketing tasks, budget tracking, and lead management to support overall business objectives

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be based in or able to commute to Houston, TX
• Background in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related fields)
• Demonstrated experience in event planning or trade show logistics
• Portfolio or examples of previous content creation (social media, blog posts, or marketing collateral)
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar)
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM platforms (HubSpot, SalesForce, etc.)
