About this role
Symetri combines technology and business process consulting to help firms plan, design, build, and operate land and buildings. The Marketing Specialist will serve as an embedded marketing resource, managing end-to-end campaigns, digital and content marketing, events, webinars, sales enablement, and performance tracking for a specialized team.
What you'll do:
- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Translate business objectives from your assigned specialized team into multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Digital & Content Marketing: Draft compelling copy, coordinate digital promotions, manage targeted email campaigns, and create digital assets aligned with campaign goals
- Events & Webinars: Plan, organize, and promote both virtual and in-person events/webinars, managing logistics, audience registration, and post-event nurture workflows
- Sales Enablement: one-pagers, promotional materials that empower team members to convert leads and drive engagement
- Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary bridge between the specialized team's daily priorities and the broader Marketing department's brand standards and tools
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance, and continuously test new, agile marketing tactics to improve results

- • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)
- • Full-Stack Mindset: Eager to roll up your sleeves and handle all aspects of marketing-strategy, writing, design basics, logistics, and analysis
- • Comfort with Undeveloped: Thrives in fluid situations where processes or scope aren't fully defined; comfortable taking initiative and building solutions from scratch
- • Adaptability & Resilience: Able to pivot quickly when priorities change and manage multiple tasks seamlessly
- • "Hungry" & Proactive Attitude: High energy, strong work ethic, curiosity, and a drive to learn and grow within the company
- • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and storytelling
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- • Experience with software product marketing is preferred
