Responsibilities
Serves as an integral member of the Marketing team, safeguarding and enhancing Florida State University's reputation among key stakeholders. Engage in reputation-critical strategic projects, employing your expertise to ensure the university's positive standing among students, faculty, alumni, fans, and friends.
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution: Support university marketing by engaging in ad creation, content development, and strategic partnerships. Conduct market research to inform creative initiatives.
- Creative Ideation and Development: Generate and refine ideas for marketing campaigns, collaborate on outbound and inbound strategies, and contribute expertise in content, advertising, and event planning.
- Project Management: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for promotional events. Manage brand awareness efforts, intake sessions, project briefs, and production timelines.
- Multichannel Outreach Planning: Execute audience outreach across social media, email, and TV, using multi-channel methods to maximize campaign impact.
- Project Tracking and Analysis: Track department projects, maintain accurate records, and analyze campaign data to drive ongoing improvement.
- Commit to continuous learning: Stay current with industry trends, foster team learning, mentor colleagues, and encourage skill growth through training and professional resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to seven years.
