Marketing Strategist (73870)

SouthEast Bank is a financial institution seeking a Marketing Strategist to support its marketing team and initiatives. The role manages marketing campaigns, develops content, coordinates digital advertising and collateral, monitors performance, prepares reports, administers projects, and follows banking compliance and information security requirements.

What you'll do:

• Manage assigned marketing campaigns, including execution of campaign strategies, day-to-day campaign management details, advertising displays and channels, budget allocation guidelines, continuity and completion efforts, etc. Support Marking team initiatives and strategies. Produce appropriate and accurate reports and information as required
• Develop and pitch ideas for new growth and retention campaigns, based on general knowledge, business goals, and past campaign performance
• Develop and coordinate content that helps connect the bank with both customers and non-customers and improves brand awareness and reputation
• Assist in managing digital content, such as developing new website pages, or email content, posting new blogs, and implementing blog revisions based on guidance from the team with the goals of driving website traffic, optimizing pages for conversion, and customer communications
• Coordinate with off-site graphic designers to create marketing collateral for emails, social media, and digital advertising
• Regularly assess and adjust paid advertising campaigns to optimize for performance based on goals set forth by leadership
• Review, verify, and submit invoices and updates timely to ensure payment and continuous workflow
• Create and verify reports and frequent communication on marketing KPIs as assigned
• Actively manage and prioritize marketing requests
• Communicate campaign status updates in an effective and professional manner
• Review the Bank’s information security guidelines regularly and avoid activity that could expose the Bank to malware, scams, and fraud. Follow all guidelines for securing your accounts, access, systems, and information. Be proactive in identifying threats to information security and relay concerns to the information security team
• Diligently protect confidential information and assist the Bank in ensuring that all confidential and sensitive information is handled appropriately

What they're looking for:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Required: Marketing, communications, social media, digital advertising, content, or related experience sufficient for the applicable Marketing Strategist level
• Ability to operate office equipment, telephones, and computers
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, in person, in writing, and on the computer
• Ability to hear, speak, and understand verbal communication
• Ability to read, write, count, and perform basic math functions
• Ability to move head, shoulders, neck, and arms freely (e.g. operation of office equipment)
• Ability to use manual dexterity and fine manipulation for operating a keyboard, using equipment, filing, etc
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, grasp, reach, and pull
• Ability to sit for long periods of time; standing and walking periodically
• Ability to think, remember, learn new information, and apply cognitive data to job functions
• Ability to assess and concentrate on mental and physical job tasks to see them to completion
