Marketplace Growth Associate

Neighbor operates a marketplace for storage and parking. The Marketplace Growth Associate helps hosts improve their listings and grow their performance through phone outreach, listing optimization, signage operations, and process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Schedule and run several dozen calls a day with hosts to create Google Maps pins for their Neighbor listings
• Improve pin quality and performance over time with better photos, descriptions and review requests
• Pitch hosts on Neighbor signage, send customized signs to those who opt in, and track how each sign performs
• Coach high-potential hosts on smart pricing, strong photos, reviews and clear descriptions so their listings attract more renters
• Be Neighbor’s front line with hosts, building relationships that keep them active and growing on the platform
• Spot bottlenecks in our growth programs and propose fixes that make them faster and more effective

What they're looking for:

• 1+ years of work experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to communicate with customers professionally and in a neighborly way, especially over the phone
• Ability to follow a process while spotting ways to improve it
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work without significant oversight
• Experience in a high-volume phone role (customer service, inside sales, SDR or similar)
• Interest in local SEO, marketplaces or marketing
• Experience building AI workflows
• Comfort with a fast-moving startup pace and a drive to grow your role
