Material Handler (Mid-Shift 11:30a-8p at $21/hr)

Arrowhead Engineered Products is seeking a Material Handler for our mid-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

This role is responsible for operating forklifts and cherry pickers to receive, move, store, and retrieve inventory within the warehouse. The Material Handler will support shipping and receiving operations, accurately fulfill customer orders, and help maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and cherry pickers throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick parts and products for customer orders.
• Weigh products using designated scales.
• Verify part numbers and quantities with a high level of accuracy.
• Pack orders correctly, ensuring all items are accounted for and assigned to the proper customer.
• Review customer order notes and fulfill any special requirements.
• Maintain inventory of warehouse and shipping supplies.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle audits as needed.
• Report stock location concerns to the Department Lead or Supervisor.
• Notify leadership of damaged materials, shortages, or other inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using RF handheld scanners preferred.
• Forklift and cherry picker certification required.
• Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking, to support safety compliance and operational effectiveness.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials and reaching above shoulder level and below the waist.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 65 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse setting.
