1 year of full-time clinical laboratory experience required; 3 years preferred. BS/BA in Medical Technology, Chemistry, or Biology or Associates in Laboratory Science/Medical Technology. ASCP certification preferred. Proficient in MS Office and Laboratory Information Systems; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
