Monday-Friday (hybrid)
8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
(Training on-site, with some on-site visits/meetings as needed after training)

What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience: Minimum of five years experience in pharmacy, required.
- Licensure/Certification: PTCB Certification and NCBOP License, required.
- Additional Skills (required): Considerable knowledge of medication names (both trade and generic) and their doses, routes of administration and adverse effects. Demonstrates patient interview skills and strong written and verbal communication skills with other healthcare professionals. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic technology skills. Other duties asoutlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for prior authorization requests, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
- Assist with financial assistance processes, helping patients access affordable medications.
- Assess and collect data from clients to resolve prescription status issues.
- Serve as a resource for clients, offering guidance and information about medication management.
- Exercise judgment and professional etiquette in all interactions with clients/customers.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to a team-oriented, results-driven environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and confidence in every interaction.
