Membership Growth & Marketing Lead

The Little Gym of Sun Prairie is hiring a Membership Growth & Marketing Lead to grow memberships through outreach, lead generation, enrollment follow-up, and community partnerships. The role also creates social media content, teaches a few classes each week, and tracks results to attract more families.

What you'll do:

• Drive membership growth through creative outreach, lead generation, and enrollment follow-up
• Build community partnerships with schools, daycares, businesses, and local organizations
• Bring our brand to life through Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and engaging content
• Get in the gym! Teach a few classes each week and experience firsthand what makes The Little Gym special
• Own your results! Take initiative, track progress, and find new ways to bring families through our doors
