Merchandising Coordinator

The Foggy Dog is a fast-growing ecommerce company that makes high-quality pet accessories and supports rescue shelters. The Merchandising Coordinator supports the product assortment process by managing product data, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring accurate and timely product launches. The role also provides merchandising, market research, and administrative support.

What you'll do:

• Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized product data for new and carryover items across the PIM system, image libraries, and other cross-functional documentation supporting seasonal assortment plans
• Coordinate CAD requests with design and maintain associated file organization for product imagery
• Maintain seasonal line sheets with current product imagery, names, and assortment changes
• Ensure cross-functional teams have access to accurate product information including pricing, care instructions, images, and launch timing to support successful launches
• Communicate timing and product updates to internal stakeholders as changes occur
• Serve as the liaison with marketing and creative teams, including verifying shot lists and aligning on launch timing
• Build slides presentations and sample displays to support seasonal collections
• Research market landscape to support pricing strategy
• Provide general administrative and ad hoc merchandising support as needed

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
