Merchandising Intern

Four Hands is a leading designer and wholesaler of furniture and décor, recognized for its dynamic growth in the industry. As a Merchandising Intern, you will support the Merchant team with product analysis, reporting, and market research, gaining hands-on experience in merchandising strategy.

What you'll do:

• Assist Merchant Team with audits on new and existing information including costing, pricing, dimensions, fabric, and site information in various internal systems
• Work closely with Merchant team on ad hoc reporting and presentations for both internal and external deliverables
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to help with process improvements related to Merchandising, Product Development, Product Data, Buying & Planning
• Perform research and analysis of market competitor’s assortments and pricing as designated by Merchant team
• Support in analyzing current and future trends in the furniture industry to help inform Four Hands product strategy
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
• Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in merchandising, supply chain management, business, or related field
• Knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Table, etc.)

Benefits:

• On-site
• Part-time (20 to 25 hours)
• Expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026)
• Internships are a minimum of 12 weeks
