  • Support governance initiatives across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, Forms, Planner, and related services
  • Assist with workspace lifecycle management, ownership reviews, remediation programs, standards alignment, and compliance efforts
  • Provide business-facing guidance on appropriate use of Microsoft collaboration tools and platform standards
  • Research platform capabilities, service changes, industry practices, governance recommendations, and solution options
  • Analyze platform, operational, and governance data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Support reporting and dashboard requirements, data validation, executive summaries, and decision-support materials
  • Translate technical or data-driven findings into practical business recommendations

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies, business processes, governance concepts, and operational support models
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and convert unclear business needs into clear requirements, workflows, recommendations, and deliverables
  • Recognize, assess, and communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities that may impact deliverables or timelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present information to technical and non-technical customers and stakeholders in appropriate media and form
