Mid-Level Data Analyst

Cawley & Bergmann, LLC is a debt collection company specializing in the recovery of delinquent consumer debt for financial institutions. The Data Analyst will prepare and maintain operational reports, analyze performance data, manage datasets and reporting systems, validate data accuracy, and support operations and management with recurring and ad hoc reporting needs.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and maintain operational reports
• Work with Excel spreadsheets and large datasets
• Analyze operational and portfolio performance
• Monitor trends and key performance metrics
• Assist with reports, dashboards, and scorecards
• Manage data imports, exports, and files
• Validate and reconcile data for accuracy
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies
• Work with databases and internal information systems
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requests
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes
• Work closely with operations and management
