Mobile Integrated Health Coordinator - Mobile Integrated Health - IMC

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Inspira’s Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program. Provides field-based clinical leadership as a Paramedic/MICN, ensuring quality interventions and continuity of care. Serves as liaison between EMS, MAT providers, and community stakeholders to support program growth and patient outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in EMS, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with addiction medicine, buprenorphine induction, and/or MIH programs highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paramedic (MICP) or MICN in a high-volume EMS system.
• Demonstrated experience in addiction medicine support and/or community paramedicine initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage program operations, track outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare partners.
• Experience delivering field-based care, patient navigation, and follow-up services.
• Prior involvement in staff training, education, and protocol implementation preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead program initiatives.

Certification/ Licensure:

• Current New Jersey Paramedic (MICP) or MICN certification required – or must be eligible to obtain credential within 30 days of hire.
• Must maintain qualifications as outlined in N.J.A.C. 8:41.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
