Mortgage Finance Operations Analyst

ATLAS SP Partners is a global investment firm providing structured credit, asset-backed financing, advisory, and institutional products. The Mortgage Finance Operations Analyst supports Lending and Transformation Warehouse Operations by maintaining facility, loan, asset, and transaction data, reconciling operational activities, tracking exceptions, supporting controls and reporting, and contributing to process improvements across the CRE warehouse platform.

What you'll do:

• Supports the day-to-day management of facility, loan, asset, and transaction data
• Reviews and reconciles funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, fee, and supporting documentation
• Tracks exceptions and provide accurate status reporting
• Establishes controls, contributes to process improvements, and provides coverage across the CRE warehouse team
• Establishes & maintains effective client relationships. Deliver world class operational services
• Gains exposure across multiple asset classes within the Residential/CRE Warehouse landscape
• Proactively participates in developing and maintaining a strong culture of collaboration and teamwork across the department

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant equivalent experience may be considered
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services operations, commercial real estate, warehouse lending, loan servicing, asset management, or a related field; strong entry-level candidates may also be considered
• Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills, with experience working across operational systems, reporting tools, and large data sets; VBA, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, with clear communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines and collaborate across teams
