Mortgage Product Development Analyst

NVR, Inc. is a homebuilder and mortgage business serving customers seeking home ownership. The Mortgage Product Development Analyst will support mortgage product and investor program development, maintain compliance with investor and agency requirements, and collaborate with internal and external partners. The role also provides guidance on mortgage products, maintains pricing and loan origination systems, and supports processes across the mortgage lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Review mortgage investor and agency requirements related to origination to establish new programs, maintain existing programs, and ensure compliance
• Manage the application and onboarding process for new investor partners
• Establish and maintain mortgage investor programs, including reviewing program guidelines and communicating directly with housing agencies and investors
• Research and respond to questions from Branch and Corporate teams, including underwriting scenarios and investor product inquiries
• Create and maintain investor matrices that serve as quick-reference program guides and sales tools
• Create and maintain mortgage products and mortgage insurance plans within the loan origination and pricing systems
• Monitor investor, agency, and housing program updates and revise internal product guidelines as needed
• Support Branch and Corporate processes to help ensure accuracy and compliance throughout origination, processing, pricing, underwriting, closing, servicing, and delivery

What they're looking for:

• At least 12 months of mortgage or related customer service experience
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and apply strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with customers and business partners by phone and email
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborate team enviornment
• Proficieny with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
