Motorola Strategy Analyst - Global Future Leaders Program (2027)

Lenovo is a global technology company with a portfolio spanning devices, infrastructure, software, solutions, and services. The Motorola Strategy Analyst will support business strategy and strategic initiatives through market analysis, competitive intelligence, investment optimization, business case development, executive reporting, and cross-functional execution.

What you'll do:

• Strategic Initiative Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives across Motorola’s key business priorities and geographies by coordinating inputs, tracking progress, and preparing analyses
• Market & Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, business performance, consumer insights, and changes in the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
• Competitive & Market Intelligence: Develop competitive analyses, market intelligence summaries, and clear, data-supported insights for business and marketing stakeholders
• Investment & Spend Optimization: Support efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Motorola’s investments and business spend
• Executive Reporting & Communication: Create clear presentations, reports, and communication materials for the global business, strategy organization, and leadership audiences
• Business Case Development: Assist in building business cases for new initiatives by defining assumptions, expected outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Cross-Functional Strategy Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional partners to support alignment and execution of Motorola’s strategic business priorities

What they're looking for:

• * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with Finance, Marketing, or Strategy concentrations preferred
• * Relevant experience in business strategy, data analytics, research, consulting, or a related field
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• * Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, structure business problems, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations
• * Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present business insights and strategic recommendations
• * Organization & Collaboration: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in a collaborative, global environment
• * Ownership & Curiosity: Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work while adapting to new challenges
• * Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
• * Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
• * Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
• * Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
• * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams
