Multifamily Data Quality Analyst

ApartmentIQ is a PropTech company providing AI-powered and data SaaS products for multifamily housing. The Data Quality Analyst will investigate data issues, maintain quality-control processes, report on data health, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve tools and AI-assisted workflows.

What you'll do:

• Investigate and resolve data quality issues through direct, hands-on analysis
• Maintain and execute data quality controls, review processes, and standard operating procedures
• Experiment with automated and AI-assisted workflows to streamline data quality tasks
• Track and report on data quality metrics, trends, and operational health
• Identify recurring issues, data risks, and opportunities for process optimization
• Prioritize and manage individual queue workflows to resolve high-impact issues efficiently
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain clear documentation for internal data standards and standard operating procedures

What they're looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, research, or a related field
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working with automation and AI-assisted tools in daily workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive tasks to completion
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
• Familiarity with AI agents, automated workflows, or human-in-the-loop review systems
• Familiarity with data collection and processing pipelines
• Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, or proptech
