Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a full-time Neuropsychologist II to join the UCLA Medical Psychology Assessment Clinic (MPAC). The MPAC is a training clinic for neuropsychological and psychodiagnostics assessment serving children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a Neuropsychologist specializing in Geriatric Neuropsychology. Primary duties include:
- Providing direct neuropsychological assessment services
- Preparing reports and other documentation on patient status and referring physicians
- Conducting clinical interviews with patients
- Administering and scoring neuropsychological tests
- Training and supervising externs and fellows
Salary range: $66.94/hr - $88.28/hr.
Job Qualifications
o PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychologist
o Valid CA Psychology License
o Minimum 2 years of post-doc experience
o Previous clinical supervision experience (preferred)
o Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
o Ability to collaborate and work both independently and as part of a team
o Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications
As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
