About this role
LPL Financial is a wealth management firm supporting financial advisors and institutions with investment, technology, and practice management solutions. The two-year Foundational Analyst Rotational Program develops new graduates through rotations across risk management, business operations, and financial crimes and compliance, while providing technical training, mentorship, and professional development.
What you'll do:
- Responsibilities during the two-year, full-time rotational program:
- Rotate through three different teams and build crucial skills in risk management, business operations, and financial crimes and compliance
- Develop a thorough understanding of LPL’s business and the wealth management industry
- Build strong technical skills, while also learning professional competencies, such as collaboration and relationship management
- Gain exposure to our Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance, leadership teams
- Meet regularly with your dedicated program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship
- Cultivate new relationships in a fast-growing network of professionals
What they're looking for:
- Eligible candidates are required to be undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation timeframe between December 2026 and May 2027
- 3.3 GPA minimum
- Offer is contingent upon completion of bachelor's degree and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte office
- Strong computer technical skills and proficient in Microsoft applications
- Effective communication, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate, driven, open to new opportunities, and proactive
- Past employment that required customer service skills
- All majors are considered, but programs focusing in business, psychology, risk management, or compliance are preferred
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
