Our extensive property renovation is complete, and we are looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented Night Auditor / Overnight Front Desk Associate to manage our front desk operations and overnight audit procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage Overnight Operations: Serve as the sole point of contact for late-arriving guests, late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  

• Run Daily Audit: Complete the daily close-out of the property management system, balance revenue and transactions, and generate daily management reports.
  

• Safety & Security: Conduct periodic property walks to ensure the safety, security, and quiet enjoyment of all guests overnight.
  

• Morning Prep: Assist with early morning front desk turnover and coordinate with the morning team and breakfast attendant.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Schedule: Must be available to work consistent overnight shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
  

• Reliability: Rock-solid punctuality and attendance are non-negotiable for this role.
  

• Attention to Detail: Comfortable with basic math, computer entry, and daily financial reconciliation.
  

• Hotel Experience: Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred, but candidates with strong computer, cash-handling, or night-shift security backgrounds are welcome to apply.
  

• Location: Reliable transportation to 89th Street in Galveston.
