What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional service and beverage quality
• Train and mentor new and existing partners, ensuring consistency with standards
• Support daily operations, including opening/closing duties and shift leadership

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience (lead or trainer experience preferred)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
