How you’ll contribute
An OB Tech who excels in this role:
- Facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.
- Provides care to obstetrical patients by functioning as a member of the surgical team, performing scrub duties.
- Provides support to the unit by performing clerical, stocking, and transporting services when not functioning as a member of the surgical team.
- Responsible for patient registration. Answers call lights, telephones, and relays messages to appropriate personnel.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent Required
- Graduate of a Program in Surgical Technology preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) American Hearth Association (AHA) required
