About this role

Texas Children's Hospital is seeking an Obstetric Anesthesiologist to join the nationally recognized team at the Pavilion for Women, one of the nation’s leading centers for maternal and fetal care.  

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Provide anesthesia care for labor and delivery, cesarean sections, and complex obstetric procedures.

  • Support high-risk maternal and fetal patients in a tertiary/ quaternary care environment.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional maternal outcomes. 

  • Participate in the advancement of innovative obstetric anesthesia practices within a nationally recognized program. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  • Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency.

  • Board Certification or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.

  • Eligible for Texas Medical License.

  • Fellowship training in Obstetric Anesthesiology is preferred.

  • Minimum of (3) three years of experience.
