Office 365 Knowledge/Collaboration Engineer

SAIC is a mission integrator providing technology and innovation solutions for defense, space, intelligence, and civilian markets. The Office 365 Knowledge/Collaboration Engineer will develop and maintain SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Platform solutions, while collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and deploy technical solutions. The role also supports data-driven decision-making, workflow automation, solution integration, and end-user guidance.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, and custom components
• Implement custom workflows and forms using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements
• Implement flows in Power Automate to automate business processes across integrated apps and services
• Build data models and generate insights using Power BI, ensuring decision-makers have accurate and timely information
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools, platforms, and third-party applications
• Ensure seamless data connectivity between SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other systems using common data services and API integrations
• Work closely with business units, stakeholders, and test teams to define requirements and recommend solutions
• Provide technical guidance and training to end-users, ensuring the best utilization of developed solutions
• Monitor the health and performance of sites and execute maintenance activities
• Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly

What they're looking for:

• •    Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, MIS, or other data analytics related field and 0 years' experience. 4 Additional years' experience accepted in lieu of a degree
• •    Experience integrating different data sources into Dataverse and SharePoint (via PowerPlatform connectors)
• •    Experience working in Office 365
• •    Experience working in Power Platform
• •    Experience with agile and iterative software development methodologies
• •    Active SECRET Security Clearance
