We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator and Operations Coordinator to support our customers, technicians, and daily operations.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for customer communication, scheduling, job coordination, recordkeeping, and general office support. The role is primarily office-based but may include occasional local visits to customer properties or active job sites.

Responsibilities
• Answer calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information
• Coordinate schedules and job updates with technicians and management
• Follow up on leads, estimates, payments, and customer questions
• Assist with invoicing, reporting, files, and office organization
• Support emergency restoration calls and customer communication
• Help maintain an organized calendar and efficient workflow
• Complete occasional local site visits for documentation, customer support, or operational needs
• Represent Voda professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
• Administrative, customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional phone and customer service presence
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and web-based systems
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable occasionally visiting residential, commercial, and restoration job sites

Experience in cleaning, restoration, home services, construction, property management, insurance, or another service-based business is preferred.
