Job Description
Performance Food Group is looking for an Office Clerk to perform various tasks to support our offices. The schedule would be Monday – Friday for 6 hours per day.
Job Responsibilities:

- Keep an inventory of office and café supplies. Order new supplies on a weekly basis.
- Review mini mart inventory and order product via CustomerFirst every Monday.
- Stock Mini Mart daily and on Wednesdays when new orders are delivered.
- Stock kitchenettes on each floor one time per week.
- Clean coffee and ice machines per schedule.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges and parking passes).
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company’s commitment to high standards.
- Support the HR department with onboarding tasks for new hires.
- Receive mail and packages from USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Distribute mail into appropriate mailboxes.
- Prepare outgoing mail for USPS and FedEx.
- Research incorrect shipments to the La Crosse campus. Prepare the shipments to be sent to the correct location or return to sender.
- Assist with event set-up and take down at the office as well as ensuring meeting spaces are prepared and well-equipped for use.
- Other job duties as requested.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage last-minute changes efficiently.
Ability to lift up to 25lbs
