We are looking for an Office Engineer to join our Operations team on our project sites across the United States. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with trade partners to coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
- Manage cost and design updates, including RFIs, change orders, and document updates.
- Support field supervision with seamless communication and logistics.
- Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications.
- Prepare construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
- Gain hands-on exposure to Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Qualifications
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a “team first” mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Preferred:
- Internship or prior experience in construction or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and scheduling principles.
- Willingness to relocate for project assignments and career growth opportunities.
