Offshore Operations Sr. Analyst

LPL Financial is a financial services firm seeking a Senior Analyst to support the governance and oversight of its offshore operations and vendor partnerships. The role coordinates with offshore teams and internal stakeholders, monitors service performance and compliance, supports operational initiatives, and identifies process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and report on SLA and KPI adherence across offshore engagements
• Support risk oversight and audit readiness activities
• Assist in maintaining SOPs, training documentation, and process manuals
• Coordinate with offshore vendor teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services
• Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
• Track and manage staffing levels, invoicing, and contract compliance
• Analyze value delivery and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support project management efforts related to offshore initiatives
• Assist with travel coordination and logistics for offshore team visits
• Communicate effectively with internal business units and key stakeholders
• Provide timely updates and insights to leadership on offshore performance and issues

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or business analysis
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with LPL systems and operational workflows
• Exposure to SLA/KPI tracking and audit processes
• Experience with project coordination or process documentation
