OPD Summer 2027 Project Associate Intern

Optimized Process Designs, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, provides engineering, procurement, and construction services for natural gas and petrochemical facilities. The Project Associate Intern will support project coordination, documentation, communication, reporting, and execution activities across EPC projects while gaining exposure to project delivery processes.

What you'll do:

• Support project teams with project coordination and execution activities across multiple EPC projects
• Assist with organizing and maintaining project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and action items
• Participate in project team meetings and document key discussions, deliverables, and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to support project objectives
• Assist with developing project status updates, presentations, and reporting materials
• Track project-related information and support project data management efforts
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and team effectiveness
• Build knowledge of project management principles and EPC project delivery processes

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2028
• Eligible to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship
• Exposure to engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial operations environments
• Experience analyzing data, tracking project progress, or supporting reporting activities
• Experience with innovation and generative AI software such as Copilot or Power BI
• Prior internship or professional experience, in a related or other field
