Operations Analyst 1

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is hiring an Operations Analyst 1 to process and review cost reporting data, produce timely reports, and help create standardized data for reporting templates. The role also supports consultant staff with information and assistance related to annual cost reporting.

What you'll do:

• Produces reports on collected data within mandated time frames
• Performs multiple levels of processing on cost reporting data
• Works collaboratively with colleagues in operations team to complete data review and transformation
• Communicates effectively with consultant staff via email, Teams, and phone to provide information and assistance to questions regarding annual cost reporting data
• Works within a team to create clean, standardized data for cost reporting templates
• Works within a team to accomplish other duties on the project to meet necessary deadlines

• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Teams, and Word
• 1+ years of analytical work - working in office or corporate environment required
• Experience with MS Office suite required
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, preferably in business, business administration, accounting, social work, public policy, or other closely related fields
• Experience with other database software is also a plus
