About this role
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) provides critical infrastructure supporting the safe and efficient processing of securities transactions in global financial markets. The Operations Analyst will participate in the 18-month EDGE early-career program, supporting enterprise services operations, analyzing processes and risks, and contributing to operational improvement initiatives involving data, automation, and AI.
What you'll do:
- Complete structured training and learning activities to build foundational knowledge of Enterprise Services Operations, business processes, and industry practices
- Support day-to-day operational processes and assignments with accuracy, accountability, and a focus on risk and control standards
- Analyze processes, risks, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate potential solutions using data, automation, AI, and problem-solving techniques
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives by partnering with colleagues, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across DTCC
- Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress through presentations, knowledge-sharing sessions, and ongoing feedback-driven professional development

- * Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting
- * Expected graduation date: May 2027
- * Minimum GPA: 3.2
- * Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship
