Operations Analyst

RDM Property is seeking a remote Operations Analyst to support operational performance monitoring and process improvement. The role investigates reporting exceptions, analyzes recurring performance data, prepares reports, and identifies notable changes and practical workflow improvements.

What you'll do:

• Investigate exceptions in routine performance reporting
• Use data to support practical process-improvement recommendations
• Prepare operational reports and track relevant performance indicators
• Analyze operational data and recurring performance measures
• Compare operational results across periods to identify notable changes
