Operations Analyst

Leschaco - Lexzau Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an Operations Analyst to manage customer requests and coordinate logistics operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with processes and customs regulations while providing excellent customer service.

What you'll do:

• Manage customer requests related to the intake, withdrawal, receipt, and preparation of goods, ensuring prompt and timely service
• Coordinate and monitor logistics operations in the WMS and PICIZ systems, ensuring compliance with established processes and timelines
• Prepare and manage the documentation required for the movement of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures
• Provide support and respond to customer requests, maintaining close communication and following up on each operation until its completion
• Monitor the progress of operations and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service experience

What they're looking for:

• Technical or applied science degree (or currently pursuing such a degree) in foreign trade, international relations, industrial engineering, logistics management, or related fields
• Proficiency in SIZFRA/PICIZ
• Knowledge of WMS
• Knowledge of logistics processes
• Knowledge of customs and port procedures
• Proficiency in Excel
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics companies as a user of SIZFRA and inventory information systems
• Ability to ensure that information entered into SIZFRA and WMS complies with customs regulations
• Excellent customer service
