Operations Analyst

RoShay Services is hiring an Operations Analyst to support client operations across public and private sector accounts. The role analyzes operational data and supports reporting, project coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation to improve efficiency and service quality.

What you'll do:

• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports and create dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support operational needs
• Assist with project coordination and cross-functional activities
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records
