Operations Analyst

SS&C Technologies provides AI-powered technology and services for financial services and healthcare organizations. The Operations Analyst will support SS&C Advent’s Black Diamond Performance Reporting application by analyzing and reconciling investment accounting data, monitoring data processes, researching client data issues, coordinating with internal and external teams, and assisting with system and product enhancements.

What you'll do:

• Analyze incoming information to provide accurate and consistent data to clients
• Operate proprietary internet-based performance reporting application
• Complete a full reconciliation of client transactional data daily
• Complete data point research items submitted by service teams and clients
• Monitor automatic nightly data jobs for accuracy and completion
• Communicate and coordinate with other internal and external groups to provide industry-leading service to clients
• Assist with system and product development enhancements

What they're looking for:

• • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
• • Strong communication and organizational skills
• • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• • Finance/Accounting experience preferred
