Operations Analyst (Full-time; Days) - LCMC Health Corporate Academic Affairs

LCMC Health is a healthcare organization focused on delivering quality care and improving outcomes across its communities. The Operations Analyst will collect, manage, validate, and analyze clinical, quality, satisfaction, and performance data, translating findings into reports, visualizations, and recommendations that support regulatory requirements and performance improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Design and support data collection tools, processes, and methodologies
• Collect, manage, validate, and analyze clinical and quality data
• Dig into existing data sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Use analytical tools to extract, organize, and manipulate data accurately
• Turn complex information into clear, useful reports and visualizations
• Monitor quality and outcomes data to support regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Evaluate quality program outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to determine what data matters—and the best way to measure it
• Present findings and recommendations in a way that helps teams take action
• Support performance improvement initiatives across the organization
