Operations Analyst Internship

Fervo Energy is developing next-generation geothermal power to deliver firm, carbon-free energy at scale. The Operations Analyst Intern will support the Operations Chief of Staff function through data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, business review preparation, and ad hoc analytical projects.

What you'll do:

• Support data analysis and reporting across operations metrics
• Assist with building dashboards and tracking tools for Operations leadership
• Help prepare materials for operations business reviews
• Support ad hoc analytical projects for the Operations Chief of Staff (CoS) function

What they're looking for:

• Rising Junior, Senior, Master's/MBA candidate wrapping up within the next year, or PhD candidate — we're building a pipeline toward full-time offers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to stakeholders and leadership
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Interest in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
• Strong Excel/analytics skills; SQL or Python a plus
• Comfort synthesizing data into clear takeaways for leadership
