Title: Operations Coordinator 2
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 5.5 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The nature of the work is focused on positively positioning the brand in social and environmental matters to the internal and external community.
- Co-create the ideation process with key parts of the business.
- Ensure meaningful contribution, innovative strategies to the businesses and intersecting with the business planning process.
- Manage donation traffic, tracking and order management, including data management and reporting.
- Ensure best practices and the most effective use of available product.
- Key tasks including working with brand design, determining kitting strategy, forecasting, booking and shipping through SAP and handling communication with recipients.
- Track and report donations through GIFTS database, reporting out to Tax department, GCA, etc.
- Find, cultivate and manage productive partnerships that maximize the reach and social/environmental impact of programs.
- Communicate plans across complex matrix on a corporate, regional and reach and social/environmental impact of programs.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; the following alternatives may be accepted:
- PhD or Law Degree + 1 year of experience
- Master's Degree + 0–3 years of experience
- Associate's Degree + 1–3 years of experience
- High School Diploma + 3–5 years of experience
- 2–4 years of directly relevant work experience
- Proficiency in SAP/S4
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Keynote
- Familiarity with Locker
- Logistics coordination expertise
- Strong organizational skills
