Operations General Utility - Beverages

Quick Look 

• Pay: $23.20 per hour

• Location: Arlington, Texas 

• Work Days: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday 

• Start Time: 2:15pm

• End Time: 10:45pm 

Support the sourcing and manufacturing of ingredients and concentrate kits for PepsiCo’s beloved beverage brands, safely, accurately, and as part of a global team. 

What You’ll Do  

• Place Salts Filling bags into Salts Assembly boxes, confirming each bag matches the visual display for the assigned station 
• Operate and monitor line equipment, including tilting station controls, scales, hand sealers, metal detectors, and Hayssen hopper blowdowns 
• Pre-fill handfill codes, hand tape and stack boxes, and operate powered pallet jacks to move product and materials 
• Receive, manage, assign, and dispense raw materials, including super sacks, to support fillers and production needs 
• Set up dump room equipment, complete mandatory screen checks, clean assigned areas, and perform designated jobs as needed 
• Communicate safety, quality, equipment, material, and production issues promptly, while following GMP, PPE, FDA, OSHA, EPA, AIBI, Global Control Standards, and site procedures 
• Maintain required certifications and operator qualifications, support training and onboarding, exercise stop-work authority when needed, participate in continuous improvement, support pep+ commitments, and complete other duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications 

• 18 years of age or older 
• Ability to perform physical labor with or without a reasonable accomodation 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for long periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation 
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, go up/down stairs and twist for long periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation 
• Ability to work weekends 
• Previous forklift experience
