Operations & Integrations Analyst

Radiology Partners is a physician-led radiology practice serving hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States. The Operations & Integrations Analyst will support the Integrations team by analyzing data, developing performance reports and dashboards, identifying operational inefficiencies, and supporting strategic initiatives and projects.

What you'll do:

• Provide analytical and operational support to the Integrations team by analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-ready materials that track key performance indicators and support leadership decision-making
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and implement strategic initiatives that improve operational performance
• Use Excel, Smartsheet, and other analytical tools to organize and manipulate data, develop actionable recommendations, and support operational objectives
• Manage assigned projects, documentation, and deliverables while ensuring accurate tracking of key metrics and successful execution of initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or a related analytical field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Tableau with experience developing reports, dashboards, and data-driven presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience collaborating across Operations, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, HR, Analytics, Clinical, or other cross-functional teams
• Healthcare, financial, accounting, or quantitative background preferred
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
