Operations Intern

ZF Group is seeking a student intern to join its Operations/Quality Management Department in Miramar, Florida. The Operations Intern will manage internal auditor accreditation processes, support quality e-learning creation, assist with Quality Management Excellence projects, and create and update quality documentation and reports in Power BI.

What you'll do:

• Manage the ZF internal auditor accreditation process for both systems and process auditors (IATF16949 & VDA 6.3), keeping the log up-to-date and issuing e-cards
• Support the creation of Quality related e-learning trainings on different systems, such as PowerPoint, articulate360, and others
• Provide support on multiple projects of the QME (Quality Management Excellence) team as required
• Create and update quality documentation and reports into Power BI platform
• Follow specific instructions to carry out assignments

What they're looking for:

• Must be enrolled at a university in pursuit of a degree
• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
• Microsoft Navision- Preferred
