Operations Junior Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator

CREMER North America, LP is seeking a Junior Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to support hiring for hourly manufacturing and technical roles. The position manages recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, coordinates a bi-weekly two-day new hire orientation program, tracks recruiting metrics, and supports Talent Acquisition and HR projects.

What you'll do:

• Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing and technical positions
• Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, social media, community organizations, workforce agencies, and technical schools
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications against job requirements
• Coordinate interviews, plant visits, assessments, and hiring activities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity
• May participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
• Partner closely with Plant HR Generalists, and Technical Coordinators to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate all logistics for the company's bi-weekly two-day new hire orientation program
• Schedule orientation sessions and manage participation of internal presenters and subject matter experts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for orientation speakers, ensuring presentations, materials, and schedules are finalized in advance
• Coordinate training rooms, virtual meeting links, catering, supplies, and orientation materials as needed
