Operations Manager

Starr is a global leader in commercial insurance with over a century of expertise. The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, development, execution, and monitoring of change management plans to ensure business systems meet the needs of the organization and support profit center objectives.

What you'll do:

• Devise and implement a systematic approach to manage transition or transformation of Starr’s goals, processes, and technologies
• Communicate the need for change and involve people in developing the change
• Develop and implement release management strategies across all underwriting platforms
• Engage with end-users to develop, evaluate and execute User Acceptance Testing prior to production implementation
• Manage change management communications
• Monitor and assess post-implementation and address issues as they arise
