About this role
AIR Communities is a Multifamily Real Estate Operator headquartered in Denver, CO. They are seeking an Operations Talent Recruiter to lead their hiring efforts for various positions, ensuring timely placement of quality candidates and managing recruitment strategies.
What you'll do:
- Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment efforts for a wide variety of job openings including individual contributor, manager, and leadership positions across the organization
- Establish relationships with regional leaders and hiring managers, ensuring successful placement and onboarding of new hires
- Identify creative and effective methods for sourcing quality talent
- Establish and maintain relationships with local school programs and other potential referral sources
- Manage employment marketing efforts including writing compelling job ads and selecting advertising partners that will attract qualified candidates for open roles
- Create and manage a pipeline of both internal and external candidates for critical positions
- Execute AIR’s team member referral program
- Monitor public job advertisements regularly ensuring quality of posting, and alerting leaders to fraudulent postings if/when identified
- Manage candidates through pre-employment screening process
What they're looking for:
- 1-2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, operations, retail, hospitality, etc.) or equivalent combination of operations experience
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple software applications and data entry systems
- Dependable and proven ability to work independently
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Property management experience a plus
- Ideally, you are a well-connected recruiter with a passion for matching the right person, to the right job, at the right time
