Operations Specialist

Schneider is seeking an Operations Specialist to support transportation operations in Green Bay. The role assigns freight to company drivers, optimizes driver capacity, communicates operational challenges to leaders, and resolves issues with drivers and customers while completing administrative processes.

What you'll do:

• Assign freight to company drivers
• Ensure optimal use of driver capacity
• Provide feedback to leaders about challenges related to capacity and customers
• Work closely with drivers and customers to solve issues that arise

What they're looking for:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities
• One year of operations experience preferred
