Outsourced Accounting Intern

TL Squared LLP is a women-owned business specializing in outsourced accounting services. They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to assist with core bookkeeping tasks, account reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple clients across various industries.

What you'll do:

• Assist with recording day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite)
• Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Help generate and format basic financial reports
• Assist with month-end close procedures
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of client financial records
• Maintain documentation and organize client files
• Collaborate with senior accountants and staff to ensure client deadlines are met

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
