About this role
Integrated Psychiatric Consultants (IPC) is a physician‑owned and physician‑led behavioral health group specializing in providing psychiatric staffing and integrated behavioral health services. The Paid Marketing Internship role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance client acquisition and brand visibility while collaborating with various teams to optimize marketing efforts.
What you'll do:
- Under the guidance of Director of Marketing, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with IPC’s business goals and drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Create content for both B2B and B2C audiences, particularly in the behavioral health space, promoting IPC as a thought leader in the industry
- Create short-form and long-form content that showcases IPC’s culture and services (examples: day-in-the-life videos, behind-the-scenes office features, employee spotlights, client partnership highlights)
- Plan and maintain a content calendar in coordination with the Director of Marketing and our marketing team
- Capture, edit, and publish still and video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook; write compelling captions and on-screen scripts
- Ensure all content aligns with IPC’s brand guidelines; obtain approvals as needed
- Coordinate and schedule client testimonial activities (outreach, pre-interview questions, scheduling, basic filming, and gathering approvals/assets)
- Repurpose existing marketing materials (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, service pages) into social-ready content
- Monitor social channels, engage thoughtfully with IPC’s audience, and escalate inquiries appropriately
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, follower growth) and provide simple reports and insights to the team
- Collaborate with internal teams to build collateral and deliverables, and content for deployment and distribution
What they're looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Demonstrated content creation skills and proficiency with common tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Create Suite, or similar)
- Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, professional tone; comfortable crafting captions, headlines, and basic scripts
- Familiarity with social media best practices and trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook; understanding of B2B audiences is a plus
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail; able to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when coordinating with clients and vendors
- Meet deadlines and communicate progress clearly with the marketing team
- Understand and clearly communicate brand identity for IPC across communication channels
- Communicate between staff members of the marketing team (including remote specialists) and other departments at IPC (remote and on-site)
- Demonstrate professionalism when handling internal and external materials related to IPC's clients and providers
- Show initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms
- Willingness to learn and innovate with Marketing automation and AI-assisted tools
